What is this?
CIVIC Street Report lets residents report crashes, near misses, stunt racing, and unsafe road conditions directly from their phone. Every report is pinned to a public map so neighbours, advocates, and local decision-makers can see what's happening on their streets.
Who sees my report?
All reports appear on the public map — anyone can see what you reported, where, and when. Your name and email are never made public.
What happens with the data?
Reports build a shared, evidence-based picture of road safety across Ontario. Communities and advocates can use the map and downloadable data to push for safer streets, better crossings, and saner traffic in their neighbourhoods.
